Keane was always very responsive. He makes you feel as if you are his only client.

I had a great experience working with Keane. He was very knowledgeable about the process and thoughtful of my needs. I would most definitely recommend Keane to anyone and would work with him again.

Keane was the 4th time that we had to employee the services of a real estate agent in a 4 year time span and by far was the best. We met Keane when he showed us the home that we just purchased. We had just had a market analysis on our current home done by another real estate agent and felt it was very low so we asked Keane to do an analysis for us. Not knowing we had a prior analysis Keane came in at listing price that made a lot more sense to us and the great service continued from there. Long story short our house went on the market on 10/5, by 10/27 we were under contract to sell our home and to purchase our current home and we closed on 11/30 without a hitch! We were responded to rapidly, kept informed, and treated professionally. Needless to say we will be recommending Keane whenever we have the opportunity.

We enjoyed working with Keane - he was very responsive to our inquiries which was nice. He was honest and wasn't afraid to share his opinion on any questions we had. We looked at a lot of houses before we found the one. Keane listened to what we had to say and found us exactly what we were looking for. Keane made finding and buying our new home reallly easy. We were particularly impressed with how quickly he was able to get us into homes we wanted to see. He was flexible with us as we narrowed in on the sort of home we really wanted. He worked with us according to our schedule including nights and weekends. We also appreciated that, as a general contractor himself, he could help us envision what renovations or addition could look like (and cost) for different homes. Overall Our experience working with Keane was excellent!

I know nobody is perfect but Keane really worked hard to get us into the right house. He was always within a text away and almost always immediate with his reply.He worked hard at marketing our house for it's sale and then finding us our homes.Thanks Keane.
